Audiometric Module — Hearing tests can be entered into the program manually or by direct audiometer transfer.  Information such as date of test, time of test, employee demographics, TWA, audiometer make, examiner, etc. can be pre-filled on the test screen as a time-saving measure.  OSHA items include Presbycusis (age adjusted STS calculations), 10 dB shifts per ear compared to baseline, and STS adjustment for individual ears.

Pulmonary Module — The Pulmonary module’s practical features include pulmonary categories of Industry or Cotton Dust to track data and stay within the OSHA compliant boundaries.  OSHA items include: Percent of Predicted (FEV1, FVC, and Ratio), changes between Pre and Post testing, and changes between baseline and all subsequent tests.  Detailed questionnaire results are recorded with each test.

Medical Log Module — Medical items such as Date of Visit, Type of visit, Blood Pressure, Temperature, Pulse, Respiration, Assessment, Action Plan, Drug Screen Results, EKG results, Hematology (type, data, results), Medications, Pain Scale, etc. 

Drug Screening Module — The Drug Screening Functions Module include information such as purpose of test, collection date, specimen temperature as well as results from ethyl alcohol, amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cocaine, opiates/morphine, PCP, marijuana, methadone, methamphetamines, etc.  Random list function included.
