OccuScan customers are encouraged to make a backup copy of the setup version of the OccuScan software as well as frequent backups of any and all OccuScan databases. Backuping up data is is beyond our realm and must be handled internally. OTG, is NOT responsible for lost or damaged databases.Support and copies of the software are only provided to clients that have an active support plan. Yearly technical phone support and email support is an annual fee covers upgrades, only if the upgrade pertains to the overall operation of your version(s). Support does not cover onsite training of software. All information and pricing are subject to change without notice..OTG, Inc. has the right to refuse service or sales of products or services.
